Executive Assistant

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and the Heritage Director and ensure the smooth running of the Celtic Harmony office.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied role at the heart of Celtic Harmony. The role provides an opportunity to work across a wide variety of operational areas with the charity including customer service; HR, admin, governance and finance and stewardship of trust fundraising.

You will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will also be able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation and be discrete with all confidential matters.

Celtic Harmony offers a supportive and friendly working environment, with opportunities to learn and develop. The charity supports a healthy work-life balance and this role includes remote working, in order to undertake the key responsibilities, the Executive Assistant would be required to be present at Celtic Harmony Camp, Hertford, at least 3 days per week.

Remuneration£25,000 gross per annum.

HoursFull-time 35 hours per week, week Monday- Friday and some weekends, 9am to 5pm including 1 hour unpaid lunch.
