Lavina’s Legacy
Lavina’s Legacy, Skills from the Past for the Future is the new face of volunteering at Celtic Harmony Camp, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
It is named in honour of Joyce, a long-standing Conservation Volunteer who spent many years at Celtic Harmony Camp.
Joyce contributed enormously to the development of the project and Lavina’s Legacy has been created in order to preserve her legacy for the benefit of the local community and future generations.
Training
Education Traineeships
Train with Prehistory experts to become an Educator. Learn primitive skills and how to engage visiting children in activities based around the Stone to Iron Ages.

Woodland Workshops
Join monthly workshops in partnership with Groundwork East. Work in a volunteer team to help with woodland management and maintenance.
These courses have now finished- thank you to all of the lovely participants!
Internships
Gain experience in education, sales, marketing, charity management or heritage work with a Celtic Harmony Camp internship.

Events
Family Saturdays
Outdoor fun for the whole family! Spend time in nature, help out with a couple of tasks, have a walk around the woods and enjoy a coffee.
Every third Saturday of the month.

We are looking for passionate people to help with out events at our Prehistory settlement!

Join the team and get involved with maintaining and improving our incredible natural spaces and authentic buildings.
Young People
Secure your hour of volunteering a week with us. Help the Educators prepare resources, maintain the camp environment and support an award winning education charity.
