Go Tribal Transition
Go Tribal Transition
Immerse Your Class in Prehistory and Sleep in a Roundhouse!
3 Day 2 Night Residential School Trip
Thransition from primary to secondary is an important time for new friendships in a more challenging environment, made easier if pupils feel confident and have the skills to cope with new situations.
We have five 6m diameter roundhouses that are packed with modern comforts including: radiator heating, WiFi, electricity, lighting, painted insulated floor and walls, each one has a set of soft gym mats to cover the floor so the children have a comfortable night’s sleep in their sleeping bags. We provide guest beds for teachers, so all you need to bring is a sleeping bag and pillow!
We have developed a 3 day 2 night ‘Go Tribal’ trip under the Learning Away ‘Brilliant Residential’ pledge designed to inspire and develop confidence at the start of the year.
Students develop a range of woodland knowledge on this bushcraft residential and work together on challenges, getting to know other students and building their own resilience, as they solve problems and learn new primitive skills.
