Go Tribal Transition

Go Tribal Transition

Immerse Your Class in Prehistory and Sleep in a Roundhouse!

3 Day 2 Night Residential School Trip

This residential is ideal for children towards the end of KS2, helping to solidify friendships with team building exercises and experiences.

Transition from primary to secondary education is an important time for pupils as they prepare to enter a new environment. This is made easier if they feel confident and have the skills to cope with new situations.

With this in mind, we developed the 3 day 2 night Go Tribal  trip under the Learning Away ‘Brilliant Residential’ pledge designed to inspire and develop confidence at the start of the year.

Students develop a range of woodland knowledge on this bushcraft residential, working together on challenges, getting to know other students and building their own resilience as they solve problems and learn new primitive skills.

We have five 6m diameter roundhouses which include: radiator heating, electricity, lighting, painted insulated floor and walls. Each one has a set of soft gym mats to cover the floor so the children have a comfortable night’s sleep in their sleeping bags. We provide guest beds for teachers, so all you need to bring is a sleeping bag and pillow.
