Prehistory Residential Trips

Residential Prehistory Trips

AVAILABLE APRIL TO SEPTEMBER

Whether you are studying the Prehistory topic or looking for an outdoor residential trip, your KS2 pupils will develop confidence and social skills on our range of two and three day adventures.

Immerse your class in Prehistory, sleep in a Roundhouse and journey from Stone to Iron Age, led by our costumed educators at Celtic Harmony Camp, the UK’s largest reconstructed Iron Age settlement.

We have five 6m diameter roundhouses that are packed with modern comforts including: radiator heating, WiFi, electricity, lighting, painted insulated floor and walls, each one has a set of soft gym mats to cover the floor so the children have a comfortable night’s sleep in their sleeping bags.

We provide guest beds for teachers, so all you need to bring is a sleeping bag and pillow!

Fabulous experience that brings history to life. Pre topic inspired further learning and research. Children kept busy / hands-on all day – great!

It has involved everyone and given them all a hands-on experience which will help them to remember what they learnt. The children have learnt a lot which will inspire class work!
