Meet the Creators of Vlad and the Stone Age at Celtic Harmony Camp

Meet Kate and Sam Cunningham, creators of the latest Vlad Flea book, Vlad and the Stone Age, and find out about the history behind the story.

Vlad’s latest adventure takes place over 11,000 years ago and is based on the incredible Mesolithic archaeological finds at Star Carr. Discover life in the Stone Age through this exciting story and beautiful illustrations.

Every book bought during the visit will be signed by Kate and Sam and personalised with an original drawing by Sam.

Come along and enjoy a reading of the book set within our prehistoric cave from Kate and learn how to draw characters from the book with Sam.

Spring has arrived, the days are getting warmer, and Vlad the flea and Clumh the wolf are travelling to Star Carr with their human family. There will be food and celebrations, but will they make it there safely or become a snack for a hungry cave bear?

This Stone Age adventure is perfect for young readers, families and schools interested in exploring prehistory in a fun and imaginative way.
