Party Logistics

• Group Size: We welcome groups of all sizes! Each 30-minute booking slot can accommodate up to 10 participants. For larger tribes, we simply split you into two teams to ensure a smooth flow through the woods.

• Supervision: To keep children safe, we require one adult for every four children. Supervising adults who are not playing stay for free!

• 10 minutes drive from Hertford town centre.
• 18 minutes drive from Hatfield Town Centre.
• Train from London to Bayford station on the Moorgate line, then 20 minute walk.

Child Supervision Policy

Anyone participating in an activity under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied on-site at all times by a supervising adult aged 17 years or older. The supervising adult must remain in the vicinity of the activity in case they need to be alerted at any point by a Woodland Bistro member of staff.

All catering is hosted at The Woodland Bistro. Please note that as we are a protected conservation area, we have a strict no-picnicking policy—all the more reason to enjoy our fresh, hot food!
