Join Our Apprenticeship Taster Day: Live the Stone Age Life!
Are you considering a career in the outdoors? Do you have a passion for ancient history and primitive skills?
Before you apply for our Level 3 Outdoor Instructor Apprenticeship, come and see what a day in the life of a Celtic Harmony Instructor is really like! Our Taster Day is designed to give you hands-on experience in our unique Prehistoric setting. You won’t just be sitting in a classroom; you’ll be out in the woods, by the fire, and in our roundhouses.
What to Expect on the Day:
- Primitive Skills Workshop: Get your hands dirty with a mini-session on fire lighting or flint knapping.
- Archery Taster: Experience the basics of archery coaching in our dedicated range.
- The “Life of a Leader” Walkthrough: Join our education team to see how we transform a school trip into an immersive journey through Prehistory.
- Q&A Session: Meet our current team and mentors from Channel Training to ask questions about the Level 3 qualification and your future career path.
- The “Outdoor Check”: Experience the camp in January! This is a great way to see if you truly enjoy the “outdoor in all weathers” aspect of the role.
