For four days only, engage in friendly competition and test your skills in a flexible day out for all the family this summer. Celtic Harmony camp brings you to celebrate Lugnasa, the Celtic fire festival. Enjoy a day filled with flexible activities and feats to test your aim and accuracy, coordination, and balance!

What’s Included in The Games?

For just £15 per person, enjoy a full day of Celtic activities, games and family-friendly adventures – all included in your ticket!

1. Try out Disc Golf, Axe Throwing and Archery to test your strength and accuracy.
2. Test your coordination and balance with games from the feat of “salmon’s leap” to dragon egg & spoon race on The Grass Arena.
3. Test your smarts with the Boudicca Quest.
4. Engage in Celtic arts and crafts and make your own torc necklace, clay medallion and Lugnasa torch.
5. Listen to tales of heroes and warriors around the fire in the Chieftain Roundhouse before the fire procession to end the day.
6. Explore the preserved woodland and enjoy freshly prepared food at the Woodland Bistro.

The games are designed to be a free roaming family friendly event that you can take at your own pace, making it a perfect day out for families with kids of any age!

Good to know…

• The Woodland Bistro is open all day, offering fresh bites and lovely drinks for all visitors. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge before or after your event! Treat yourself to our freshly made pizzas, sweet potato chips, delicious cakes, and a variety of snacks, paired perfectly with a brewed coffee, hot drink, or a refreshing beer. Make a day of it and enjoy a happy, relaxed meal in the heart of the beautiful woodland.
• You can also explore The Prehistory Centre and the Palaeolithic Cave.
• The day starts from 10am, we recommend you arrive early (by 11:00 am at the latest) to follow the quest and crafts in the morning before the grass Arena opens in the afternoon for the games to begin!
• Please note: If you arrive after 12:00pm, the entrance gate may be closed for operational and safety reasons, and we may be unable to admit late arrivals. Please allow plenty of time for your journey.
• For health and safety reasons, some activities have age and height restrictions.
• One complimentary Carer Ticket is available per group. Please book online for the participant first, then email days@celticharmony.org with the participant’s name, order number, and the carer’s name. You do not need to send any supporting documents in advance. Simply present your ID or Access Card at the registration desk on arrival.
• We are unable to permit dogs at this event.

There is no picnicking as Celtic Harmony Camp, Bourne Wood as it is a conservation area.
