Enjoy a great family day out this summer at Celtic Harmony Camp, a hidden gem in the Hertfordshire countryside. Set within beautiful native woodland filled with thatched roundhouses, join our Celtic tribe for a day packed with activities and games to test your aim and accuracy, explore on Boudicca’s Warrior Quest and make your own torc necklace!

Join in the fun and take part in a range of activities including:

• Boudicca Woodland Quest & Warrior Training:
  Follow the clues and see the woods through the eyes of a hunter, train as a warrior.
• The Grass Arena :
  Test your skills of strength and accuracy with javelin, discus, caber toss, try traditional feat of “salmon’s leap”, dragon egg & spoon race and even apple juggling!
• Crafting:
  Make your torch to shine your way around the quest and to encourage the sun to shine on the land as part of Lugnasa harvest celebrations.
• Storytelling & Fire Procession:
  Listen to tales of heros and warriors around the fire in the Chieftain Roundhouse before the fire procession at the end of each day!

Good to know…

• You can also explore The Prehistory Centre and the Palaeolithic Cave.
• The day starts from 10am, we recommend you arrive early (by 11:00 am at the latest) to follow the quest and crafts in the morning before the grass Arena opens ain the afternoon for the games to begin!

Fuel Your Adventure at the Woodland Bistro

• The Woodland Bistro is open all day, offering fresh bites and lovely drinks for all visitors. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge before or after your event! Treat yourself to our freshly made pizzas, sweet potato chips, delicious cakes, and a variety of snacks, paired perfectly with a brewed coffee, hot drink, or a refreshing beer. Make a day of it and enjoy a happy, relaxed meal in the heart of the beautiful woodland.

There is no picnicking as Celtic Harmony Camp, Bourne Wood as it is a conservation area.
