Bistro & Events Coordinator

​We have an exciting opportunity as the Bistro & Events Coordinator at Celtic Harmony Camp, the outdoor prehistory settlement near Hertford, SG13 8NY.

The Bistro & Events Coordinator is responsible for front of house, hospitality, events and management of The Woodland Bistro at Celtic Harmony Camp.

The role will be to ensure that The Woodland Bistro operates smoothly at weekends, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing workshops, overnight stays and other events, under the supervision of the Managing Director. It encompasses a variety of responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for our guests. You will be instrumental in coordinating catering arrangements and marketing events around The Woodland Bistro. The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to delivering exceptional service in all aspects of hospitality and event management.

You will need an extremely professional attitude with an eye for detail and excellent customer relation skills to work in a dynamic environment in order to meet objectives. Experience in a similar role is essential. Uniform will be provided, and you will be working in a friendly team within an educational and hospitality environment.

Working patter : full time 40 hours per week on a monthly rota with 5 weekends on and 1 off.

Remuneration: £27,000 per annum
